1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OddsFloat ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. OddsFloat is a software tool that provides matched betting calculators, an odds scanner, and profit tracking. We are not a bookmaker, exchange, or gambling operator.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to use OddsFloat. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that it is lawful for you to access betting-related tools in your jurisdiction. We may require identity verification (KYC) to confirm your age and identity.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your details current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
OddsFloat offers subscription plans (Beginner, Pro, and Expert). Every plan begins with a 14-day free trial. No charge is applied until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, your chosen plan is billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details. Refunds are issued at our discretion; if you believe you were charged in error, contact support.
5. Nature of the Service
OddsFloat is a calculation and tracking tool only. We do not place bets on your behalf, hold your funds, or guarantee any outcome or profit. Matched betting carries risk: odds change, bookmakers may restrict accounts, and errors in calculation can occur. You are solely responsible for every bet you place and for verifying all figures before acting. The odds data we display comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
6. No Gambling Advice
Nothing on OddsFloat constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice. Our calculators and scanner present mathematical outputs based on inputs you provide. You should seek independent advice before making any financial decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems; (c) share your account with others; (d) use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended use; or (e) misuse the odds scanner to facilitate unlawful activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and design on OddsFloat is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddsFloat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses resulting from reliance on odds data, calculator outputs, or profit tracking. You use the service at your own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
